After cooking up a batch of tasty Brandied Cherries last week, I had a bunch of leftover brandied cherry juice. After some tinkering, I created this tasty Sidecar variation. It’s a little spicy, a little sweet and a lot fantastic.

Brandied Cherry Sidecar Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 ounce brandied cherry sauce (recipe) or brandy (we like Korbel)
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Garnish: 2-3 brandied cherries – (recipe)
Directions
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice, combine lemon juice, brandied cherry juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup
- Shake for about 30 seconds, until cocktail is chilly
- Strain into coupe glass, garnish with brandied cherries
